Designing and developing projects, and preparing and submitting applications for funding requires project management skills, in-depth knowledge of the EU policy context and the ability and expertise to turn innovative ideas into qualitative project proposals.
Projects with sizeable budgets – 0.5 to several million Euros – involve consortiums with several partner organizations from different counties. Through our networking, EUMED Consortium and Smart Cities Mediterranean Cluster (SMART-MED), we identify, evaluate and select appropriate partners suitable for each project.
