The success rate for EU Funding applications is low and this is due to the high competition and the fact that many of the project proposals submitted are not up to the required standard.
Designing and developing projects, and preparing and submitting applications for funding requires project management skills, in-depth knowledge of the EU policy context and the ability and expertise to turn innovative ideas into qualitative project proposals.
Projects with sizeable budgets – 0.5 to several million Euros – involve consortiums with several partner organizations from different counties. Through our networking, EUMED Consortium and Smart Cities Mediterranean Cluster (SMART-MED), we identify, evaluate and select appropriate partners suitable for each project.
